Orders processing takes 2-4 business days, due to the majority of our pieces being handmade.
Feel free to contact us if you need your items by a certain day and we will do our best to rush your order processing.
USPS First Class ($6): 3 - 5 days
PRIORITY ($16 - USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 - 3 days
Canada Flat Rate $15 Ship time varies a lot. USPS estimate is 7-20 days.
Unexpected delays can occur that are completely out of our control and are caused by USPS shipment process. Each shipment has a tracking number so that updates on its shipment progress can be viewed.
If this happens, please contact us ASAP and provide a picture of the issue. We'll gladly repair or replace the item, depending on the problem.
We gladly do repairs on items that break within 90 days of delivery. Contact us & we will send all information regarding repairs. For any other instances outside of this time fame, send us a message and we’ll see how we can help.
For our jewelry collection, we recommend the following guidelines to ensure the longest lifetime.
1. Don’t wear your jewelry when swimming, showering or exercising.
3. Put jewelry on after applying perfumes, lotions, etc.
4. Remove jewelry before washing your hands and using hand sanitizing products.
5. Store jewelry in a pouch or soft cloth separate from other jewelry to avoid tangling and scratching.
While our gold filled pieces are a lot more long lasting and very tarnish resistant compared to gold plated pieces, we still recommend following the above guidelines if you'd like the gold bonded layer to last for many years.
If you realize that you incorrectly entered your address (or need an item shipped to another address), contact us immediately so that we get everything updated prior to shipment.
If you mis-type your address (or give an incomplete address) without realizing it, you will be contacted via email or text (if provided) before shipment. If no response is received within the next 5 days, a refund will be issued and your order cancelled.
Your shipping cost includes tracking for each order so that each package can easily be traced if something goes wrong. If your package was sent to the wrong address (due to you entering it incorrectly), we cannot assist you. If your order says "delivered", yet you haven't received it or believe it to be stolen, it is not our responsibility. We can only control the quality of the product and getting it to the post office. Once it begins tracking, the location and delivery of the package is completely out of our control.
If your package's arrival is delayed or you’re concerned about its location, contact us & we’ll advise you on the situation. If we deem it lost during transit (never gets delivered), we will send a replacement shipment.
We love doing custom orders for customers! If you want us to imitate a product from somewhere else, send a picture of the design and we’ll let you know if it’s possible! If you want something from our store customized, send a description and we can make it happen.
