order processing and shipping
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, as the majority of our pieces are handmade to order. Certain pieces may require additional processing time due to customizations, so please refer to the product description for any specific timing notes.

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
Canada & International: Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

changes and cancellations
I can only accommodate order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.
Returns and exchanges
jewelry care
I use quality materials including 14k gold fill, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and semi-precious stones, chosen for their durability and everyday wearability. While these materials are made to last, a little extra care will help keep your jewelry looking its best for years.
- Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Apply perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and other beauty products before putting on your jewelry.
- Remove your jewelry before washing your hands or using hand sanitizer.
- Store your pieces in a soft pouch or cloth, separate from other jewelry, to prevent scratching and tangling.
Jewelry repairs
If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear, please reach out with your order number and a photo of the piece, and I’ll let you know what I can do to repair it.
Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as some pieces may require replacement rather than repair. Accidental damage, improper care, or lost pieces may be subject to a repair fee.
Materials
I source the majority of my materials from US-based suppliers, vintage dealers, and local vendors in New York City. I work with a mix of 14k gold fill, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, vintage beads, and vintage pendants, depending on the piece.
Product variations
Because I use natural and vintage materials, slight variations in color, shape, size, and finish are to be expected. No two pearls, stones, or vintage components are exactly alike, so each piece may have its own subtle differences.
I do my best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, but please keep in mind that colors may also vary slightly depending on your screen.
