Refund policy
Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns however, we have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the e-receipt or proof of purchase. Each request is subject to rejection at our discretion.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@bubbleandbead.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to our returns address, at the customer's expense. Contact us for more information regarding where to send packages to.
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contacts made later than 7 days after delivery cannot be considered.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including sale items and custom products such as special orders or personalized items (You Name It Necklace). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds will only be made on orders that are cancelled prior to shipment. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchasing if you need to cancel for any reason. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
