Returns
Every piece is made to order, so we kindly ask that you consider this before placing your order, as we're unable to accept returns. We do, however, offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your e-receipt or proof of purchase. Each request is subject to approval at our discretion.

Exchanges
In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved, both to return the original item and to receive the new one.

To start an exchange, contact us at support@bubbleandbead.com. We'll send shipping instructions once your request is approved — items sent back without an approved request won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. We're unable to consider requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and custom or personalized pieces (like a name necklace) can't be exchanged. Reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for orders cancelled before they ship. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you need to cancel. Please allow some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
